Bloom - Enrolment Process

To enrol your child in our “one day a week programme” please follow these steps:

1. Fill out this enrolment and agreement form.

2. Read out and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

3. Wait for our confirmation by email.

4. Proceed with term payment.

Next one day program available will take place in 2025 during Term 4, from Wednesday 15th of October to 10th of December. No session will take place the las week of term 4 (week 11). 

Cost per session for 1 child: $75 (full term commitment required of 9 sessions $675)

Payments are to be made by bank transfer:

Reference: indicate your child's surname and T# - ie. SmithT4

Full payment should be made prior to the start of the first session.

If enrolling more than one child, please complete the Enrolment Agreement Form again separately for each extra child.
